RestockDex Privacy Policy

RestockDex is a Pokemon stock, queue alert, release calendar, and news dashboard. It does not have user accounts and it does not sell personal information.

What RestockDex Uses

• The app requests notification permission only if you turn on alerts.
• Your notification setting and recent alert timing may be stored on your device so alerts do not repeat too often.
• RestockDex connects to the RestockDex API to load shop monitors, product drops, release calendar items, and news links.
• If push notifications are enabled, a device push token is stored so alerts can be delivered. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
• RestockDex counts page opens in aggregate without creating user profiles or storing an analytics identifier.
• If you send feedback, the category, message, and submission time are stored so the service can be improved.

Hosting and Technical Data

Railway, Vercel, app stores, browsers, and linked retailer or news websites may process standard technical data such as IP address, device type, browser details, request times, and error logs.

Third-Party Links

Retailer and news links open third-party websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies and are not controlled by RestockDex.

Retention and Deletion

Recent product drops are normally retained for 48 hours and news history for 14 days. Queue history is limited to the latest 50 events. Feedback is retained for up to 12 months. Push tokens are retained while notifications are enabled or until they become invalid or a deletion request is completed. Anonymous aggregate page counts do not contain a user identifier.
